Titilayo Ifedayo-Ibini is a Registered Nurse, Public Health professional, and mentor whose own migration journey inspired the creation of The Thriving Migrant Nurse. Having worked across healthcare systems in Nigeria and the UK, she understands the challenges of adapting to new environments, from culture shock to rebuilding confidence.
